"We are now in a positon that we can present an award to a player at the end of the season. The Award we have chosen is for "outstanding Performance". This can give us scope to present a player with an award for a individual game, good goal or season long performance. If something catches our eye during the season it will be a contender. The current standard of award will be a engraved glass plaque and a Amazon gift voucher. The award will be presented at the end of season awards ceremony at Berwick Rangers Football Club." - David Letham.
Player awards 2019/20.
The winner this season is Lewis Barr. Lewis also picked up the award last season and again has been outstanding in this campaign. Tireless and always putting in the effort, Lewis is a worthy winner yet again. Well done Lewis.
Player awards 2018/19.
This years award was given to Lewis Barr. Lewis has performed well this season despite the results. The awards were postponed again to an indeterminate date. The award was left with the club secretary to pass on so no photos of the hand over unfortunately.
2017/18 winner Steven Thomson.
Steven Thomson was given this award for his stunning goal against Cowdenbeath in January. It was an away game in the driving rain and a shot was unleashed from about 35-40 yards that rocketed into the net. An absolute cracker. Unfortunately it wasn’t captured on film but was witness by David Letham and his father who felt it was a contender for the award.
Notman testimonial 2017.
